Single-variety Croatina grappa, made from the traditional grape used for Bonarda DOC Oltrepò Pavese wine.
It appears clear and crystalline, rich and enveloping.
It intoxicates the senses with a smooth, fruity, clean, and fiery flavor, featuring a persistent and harmonious aftertaste.
Perfect with dark chocolate or as a digestif at the end of a meal.

LOCATION
Vineyards in the “Cavigerra” area in the territory of Mornico Losana.
TRAINING SYSTEM Guyot
HARVEST
Manual harvest in the second/third decade of September. Grapes dried on special racks for about 2 months.
VINIFICATION
Traditional white vinification with gentle pressing of the skins.
ALCOHOL CONTENT
13–14% Vol
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS Amber-yellow color. Velvety and enveloping, with characteristic aromatic notes. A wine for meditation.
GASTRONOMIC PAIRING
With chocolate and aged cheeses.

6–8°C in small glasses
